I suppose it's normal to feel the need to put on a happy face when we go to a meeting. Especially church.
But often it's also expected.
I guess there's a social contract, especially when it comes to things like church, that we appear happy.
But everyone knows that beneath our masks many of us carry a lot of suffering.
