Before anyone accuses me of not having a fuller appreciation of Reformed Theology, I’d like to inform you that I won the Reformed Theology prize in seminary.

My favorite theologian is the Reformed Theologian Karl Barth.

Probably most of my theology books are Reformed.

All that to say… this is a joke.

The joke, for those who are unfamiliar with Calvinism, is that we are such completely filthy, vile, sinners that proximity to anything clean will eliminate us.
